Tom Minor is back after a short hiatus with his latest single, "Bureau of Change".

The London-based singer-songwriter is well-versed in the indie rock genre and is a master of blending it with R&B and Pop. This man is full of wit, which shows in his satirical lyrics.

Man, Music, Polo, Tshirt, Glasses, Music, Musician, Artist, Singer, Guitars, Indie Rock, Roof, Rock, Acoustic

The politically and socially charged track again speaks of a change that Tom Minor seems to be in support of.. however, here it's more about how certain changes and "progress" that are sold to us by the people in power. The song, written and sung by Minor himself and produced by Teaboy Palmer, has the perfect melody for its lyrics.

The music and rhythm shift from rock to tango to bolero quickly yet seamlessly. The artist criticises the "short-changing" through the lyrics, and provides a melody abundant in styles and techniques. And that has to be the proof of Mr. Minor being nothing but a minor in his art form!

Minor describes his work as "existential indie", and that seems pretty accurate.

Go catch this witty, tragic yet fun indie rock track now!
