‘March’ by Yellow Dog Conspiracy Is Hard Rock With a Conscience (and a Killer Riff!)

Yellow Dog Conspiracy is a Portuguese band that grew up worshipping at the altar of Guns N’ Roses and Van Halen. Their last album "Confrontation" had Mike Clink (the guy who produced "Appetite for Destruction") attached as executive producer. They’ve shared stages with Winger and Harem Scarem. They performed at Camden Rocks. So, I can assure you these are not people that happened to stumbled into upon music by accident!

‘March’ is their brand-new single. It is inspired by the 'March for Our Lives' movement, the student-led response to the Parkland school shooting. The guitars licks on this are an absolute earworm!

The energy is incredibly high and right in the middle of it all is this line lies the tragic narrative.

In my honest opinion, musically, this release sounds like a band having fun making rock music and it points toward where they’re headed on their next album, "Liberation", in a way that makes me actually curious about what comes next from these guys!

Go stream ‘March’ right now and also try to check out "Liberation" when it drops, because Yellow Dog Conspiracy are clearly just getting started!
