Lyndo Jaco's EP "3" is a chaotic ride through rock beats and different stories.
South Australian multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter, Lyndo Jaco, is here with an EP called "3". The artist is a self-described "rock recluse" who creates music in his home studio. Jaco is well-versed with the guitar, bass, and even drums, clearly influenced by Southern rock, and hard rock music.

"3" is built around the concept of storytelling, exploring different perspectives such as the feeling of supporting a sporting team through its rough patches while chasing that winning feeling, or a story of someone who is desperate for money and embarking on a bungling thief's journey.
The first track of the EP is "Feeling", starting off like a typical pop-rock song. It is anything but typical though. The melody nearly ragebaited me. The song is rhythmic but in an unpredictable way, it played with my sense of rhythm, picking up the melody just off the expected beat.
"It Was For" had my favorite guitar pieces for sure. The lyrics reflect the journey of a thief, very real risks and fears involved, but the vocals and music make it seem so funny. The last track, "What's Happening" is more upbeat. The drums carry the song throughout. It was overall a fun ride.
