"FEEL" by Rosso Tierney is THE 90's Rock Revival That Modern Music is Restricting Us From!

Rosso Tierney is a York-based solo artist who grew up literally surrounded by music. because of generations of singers and musicians in his family. He plays piano, guitar, bass, does his own composing, writes his own stuff. What makes Rosso interesting beyond his excellent resume, is his music is profound in many ways possible. His music touches on themes such as mental health, neurodiversity, spirituality, the kind of life stuff most people avoid or look down upon.

So, "FEEL." I'll tell you about the things I noticed listening to this. The guitars on this track are incredible. Rosso's vocals carry this real push-pull tension that matches the song's core: two people in the same relationship having two completely different experiences of it. The wanting to stay, the fear of feeling cold, the desperate need for something to just be real. He's sings about the feeling most of us have sat with but never quite found solace in it. My favourite bit is how the chorus just opens up and lets go, like a much-needed emotional release.
