Need a Reason to Keep Going? Joseph Turner & The Dudes of Hazard Have Got You Covered!

We all have that one song we put on when life is being a bit of a nightmare and we just need something to remind us to keep going. For me, currently, that song is "Backbone" by Joseph Turner & The Dudes of Hazard.

Joseph Turner is a roots-driven singer-songwriter who has built his discography around a rotating crew of mates called "The Dudes of Hazard," which is basically friends and collaborators who show up when the music needs them.

"Backbone" is the kind of track that makes you feel like you could flip a truck with your bare hands! The acoustic guitar licks that opens it are quite incredible and then the foot stomps and handclaps come in and next thing you know, you're nodding along to it! Throw in a harmonica that slices through with just the right amount of wheeze and soul, and a herd of vocals that feel more like a group of guys hollering in a garage. Everything about this release feels so alive.

Dig into "Backbone" and follow Joseph Turner & The Dudes of Hazard while you're at it, because something tells me this crew is just getting warmed up!
