Shyfrin Alliance is finally out with its debut album, Upside Down Blues. And in it is their mesmerising track "I See Your Eyes," which right off the bat draws you in with Lizzy Park's enchanting vocals. When frontman Eduard Shyfrin's vocals kick in, you'll find yourself completely immersed in this beautiful ballad, with an old-school jazziness blending seamlessly into this hit track. Although Eduard Shyfrin was trained in classical piano in his childhood, it wasn't until later that he decided to pursue music and bring his life lessons through this soulful album. Besides composing and writing all the songs from this album Eduard has also authored a book. My favourite line from the song was "My darling hold me close, I'm a slave of your eyes", this song is all you need to sweep your partner off their feet, it's tough not to start swaying to the tunes of Shyfrin Alliance, as the instrumental arrangement has been so meticulously mastered that it allows you to hear every instrument distinctively. The trumpets were especially the highlight for me, Renaud Gensane and Vincent Payen have done an impeccable job playing the trumpet. So if you're a fan of romantic ballads, rock and blues, then give this song a spin right away.
