BLØSMM's "Poser" is nearly three minutes of addictive hard-rock composition

Long time collaborators Jordan Brooke White, and Brian Dellis have adopted a new title "BLØSMM". The artists are proficient at pairing hard rock aggressive instrumentation with softer lyrics, and emotionally charged vocals.

BLØSMM's debut track "Poser" is also the opening chapter to their concept album "Archer and Ego". The song is all about clashing of egos, ego deaths, and erasure of identity. How one changes to be wanted when they think they are in love. At least that's what comes to mind with the lyrics "I'm a poser for you". It is also about losing direction, however, the focus isn't on the lowest moment of one's life, it is on the resilience that keeps us going despite hitting rock bottom.

The make of the song is as chaotic as the subject is, in the best possible way. The first ten seconds of the track are like a subtle electronic prelude. It is addictive, yet doesn't announce itself as a "rock composition". Then, at the ten-second mark, the strong drums, bass, and guitar riffs come to play. Honestly, my favourite 30 seconds in the entirety of rock genre. White's vocals just add to the magic with their airy voice and intense delivery. The song is high-energy from start to finish.
